At 36% (it may change in future versions) the program initialized the 3D graphics so this is certainly a video card driver issue.

The most common reason for this behavior is that there your the driver of your graphics card (also known as video card) is not up to date. The software uses the power of your graphics card to draw and shade graphs. If there is a problem with your graphics card the program may shut down without displaying any error messages or get stuck during loading.

To fix the problem go to the manufacturer website of your graphics card and download the latest version of the driver for your graphics cards. Do not go to Microsoft's site or Windows' site because they do not include the complete package in their drivers. In particular they do not include OpenGL libraries that are needed by our software.

Whenever Graphing Calculator 3D is unable to find OpenGL drivers it tries to automatically switch to directx, but not always it can successfully initiate the directx driver and even when it does the graphics is usually not as good quality as when OpenGL is available. So to get best graphs keep your drivers up to date from your graphics card manufacturer's website.

Program gets stuck in 36% when loading

When starting, it arrived at 36% and then it gets stuck there.
I installed Java and DirectX 9c
No success.

How can I fix that?
